I was was recently doing some fall purging of files to remove what was no longer needed on my computer. Sometimes we need to take some time go “out with the old, to create space for the new”.
I came across the very first thing I ever drew on the computer. It was the summer of 2002 while I was studying Graphic Design in college. I drew this beautiful colourful Toucan in Adobe Photoshop. It was the beginning of a creative new career in Graphic Design, and a new chapter in my entrepreneurial journey. Many files were archived and purged that fine fall day, but definitely not this one, the Toucan is a keeper. I think the time has come that this Toucan finds a new home out of the computer and on to a canvas to hang in my office, so I can appreciate its’ colourful beauty everyday…
